Karen is the marketing manager at Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. In this role, she is focused on creating and curating content to engage key audiences, promoting programming and accelerating impact of social entrepreneurs. Karen oversees digital communications, including the Center’s newsletter, email campaigns, website and social media accounts.  

Prior to joining Miller Center, Karen worked at Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business where she focused on an online certificate program for emerging entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Karen has both client-side and agency experience serving in various marketing and investor relations roles.  Her professional background includes working with brands such as Philips Electronics, The Bay Club Company, Cheap Tickets, FICO and SAP. Karen has also had a hand at brand building for E16 Wines, her family’s premium portfolio of California pinot noirs and chardonnay. A graduate of the University of San Francisco, Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business.
