We support founding social entrepreneurs with existing, mature enterprises to design and execute a scaling strategy into new markets and territories. Scale Out is when a startup is led through rapid revenue growth and organizational expansion into new markets following the initial commercialization stage.

Scaling is very difficult for every entrepreneur because the approach that made their startup successful won’t work when they scale. The Scale Out team studied the issues that have given scaling entrepreneurs the most difficulty and distilled the best practices they devised to meet the challenges.

Our Scale Out program is simple. We select social enterprises ready for scale-out support, then once selected, our mentors work with the entrepreneurs to answer 4 key scale-out questions:
