The College of Arts and Sciences and Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship invite you to attend Dr. Leslie Gray’s talk entitled, “Empowering Women to Power the Poor”.

The talk will explore how women’s economic empowerment can address multiple dimensions of poverty and create resilience to climate change. 

Dr. Gray's presentation will be followed by a panel conversation moderated by Thane Kreiner with Dr. Gray, social entrepreneurs, and impact investors working broadly at the intersection of climate resilience, clean energy, and women’s economic empowerment.

Join us for Action Research with a Mission!

Meet our 2017 cohort of Global Social Benefit Fellows and Social Enterprise Practicum students, and see what they were up to during the summer working with our GSBI Alumni and partners while gaining hands-on experience with social entrepreneurship. These students have undergone a transformative learning experience while working alongside social entrepreneurs who are promoting a more just and sustainable world. Refreshments will be served.
